Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to return?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, Thus our return process is fairly simple.

  • The request should be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in exact conditions as delivered.
  • All packaging with label, invoice and slips should be intact.
  • Open a request via support.voyena.in portal and wait for the VOYENA team approval.
  • Return the product with proper packaging through the same courier service to the address mentioned on the invoice.
  • Share the tracking code to the same ticket in support.voyena.in
  • Once the return is received, the refund will be issued within 15-30 days.

Return and Refunds

Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method in case of pre-paid transactions or as Store Credit in case of Cash on Delivery orders COD.

Full Refund : Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a 100% refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • The item is not as described on the website.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing).

Partial Refund : You can request for a Partial Refund on the following scenarios.

  •  You do not want the product you have received and need a refund.
    • The request should be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
    • The item must be unused and in exact conditions as delivered.
    • All packaging with label, invoice and slips should be intact.
    • You will be paying for the return cost. The shipment cost and and product damage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

For COD, the refund will be provided as a store coupon only.
